The perfect water cooling system

Anyone have any thoughts on what the "perfect" water cooling system would be in terms of pumps, coolant, blocks etc? I am thinking of getting a new puter for work and seeing how far I can push my AMD Athlon 1800+

...And then when i find out that i can't afford it, what would the next best setup be?

The perfect temperature would be -457.86999999999995F

and no I did not make that number up it is a valid temp.

it is = 1 Kelvin...

Nice one Mark lol. Unfortunately were not quite there yet.
Stew's blocks are the top performing blocks out right now and he says he is hitting a wall.

I can list you the best performing setup.
Are you looking to buy something like that? if so what is your budget and Ill help you assemble the best-bang4buck system or the highest perf system you can fit into your budget. (I am sort of a nut for this stuff, I love it)

Actually my university (University of Florida) is one of the coldest places on earth. In their low-Kelvin lab underneath the physics building they are reaching incredible temps and testing materialss and molecules' behaviours at those temps.
Ill try to find the link I saw about it on the faculty showcase on ufl.edu

I would probably want to throw not more than 2 to 300 dollars at it. I was looking around some and it seems that that may not be enough, but i am not very edumacated in water cooling. I'd like to build a system that i could add NB and SB cooling as wells a graphics in the future.

Here's a weird thought. Anyone ever thought of putting their radiator inside their window A/C unit? In the summer, it would be cooled from the unit, and in the winter, the temps outside would cool it. hmmm

Oh, and at what point do you make it so cold that the electrons slow down and performance gets worse from overclocking/overcooling combo? Deep thoughts

Thanks for any info

200 will get you into the high performance range easily.
300 will probably get you the top end setup.

iff all you plan on putting it on is a athlon 1800+ i dont think you would need that great of a system though.
i always say get the best you can so you can transfer the water cooling system to a bigger more powerful rig anytime you want.

but looking at that system alone you may get the same temps with a 75.00 set up as with a 300.00 set up.
as far as what set up works best Sen C can answer that much better, when i wonder what components to get i ask him also.
