*knock on wood* Haven't had any issues with crashes (other than in SF) in BF2, but was just wondering since I went from a 128mb 9800 Pro to a 256mb X850 Pro if that may alleviate the lag issue at all.

I usually have mine set to however much ram the vid card has... I have no idea what it is or how it works... should I change it? Explaination?

I don't mean to steal your thread, dude, but I'm also having problems with not enough power (420w raidmax psu) for the gpu... I'm thinking of replacing my PSU, and getting a new case while I'm at it ('cause I'll have to redo all of my wiring and everything anyway... I got wiring BEHIND my mobo... it's a mess)...

Any PSU reccomendations would be greatly appreciated... preferably for modular PSU's. BTW, I want to get the Thermaltake Armour case... line the stack of empty 5.25" bays with 120mm LED fans

it it the amount of system memory that the vid card is allowed to access if it needs it. with a 128mb card i tried running benchmarks with it set to 64 vs 128 and it made no difference.
you would probably be fine at 128 also

Oh, in that case, i'll leave it at 256... I've got 2 gigs of ram, so I'll be fine. I normally don't have over a gig of stuff running anyway (even when gaming), so I can spare 256mb if the vid card needs it

Thanks
