Back up PC vid card (suggestions)

Ok, so I have a back up pc, well basically a screw around with PC with the following specs:

XP1700+
Abit KD7
(4)256mb PC2100

Now, I have $77 sitting in paypal to get a vid card for this PC. I just missed out on a 9800 Pro for $70, but does anyone have any suggestions? What cards could I possibly find for this price that will run BF2? I haven't used an Nvidia card for a long time, any in this price range worthy?

$70 for a 9800 pro? Man, that's an awesome price. I've heard anything above a 9550 will run it or something. Sorry I can't be of more help man.

6600gt or 9800 pro, if your patient you can find them in the classifieds pretty cheap on forums

Yep I second that. 9800 pros are going cheap cheap on ocforums, and 6600GT's are a little more but still cheap.

yeah, I was amazed to find it.

I'm starting to think about selling my backup rig to buy a better vid card for my main rig though. hm....

I am new to this world of vid cards. I am not very much aware about these. But you can have a goos vid card in just $60. Then it will not a bad option. Go and get that immediately. I am also confused about to upgrading of my video card!!!
