AMD Processor driver for WindowsXP

Here's my problem, I have a Foxconn NF4K8AB-RS AMD64 SK754 motherboard. I thought I had a bad hardware problem or something cause my computer constantly crashed whenever Windows XP Pro loaded up. I thought it was due to overclocking and whatnot so I started running everything at like 50-75% speed. That didn't help. Updated the BIOS, still didn't work. So I thought maybe the CPU was throttling incorrectly. It turns out the problem was the AMD processor driver isn't compatible with my motherboard or something. I removed that and everything works fine now. I've got 3 other AMD64 rigs with the driver installed and it doesn't have a problem. Now my computer runs at 100% all the time now. Anyone have this problem and is there a fix? Thanks.
