PoisionWaffle's Closet Cleanin' Sale!
I'm cleanin' stuff out and finding stuff to sell! I need money for my laptop, and every little bit will help...
EDIT: Note to self - LEARN TO SPELL USERNAME!!! So here's stuff that I've got for sale. I'm not sure if all of it works or not, but I will say if it does on the details below each item. Paypal is my prefered payment method, but I will take checks if you don't have paypal and can't get it for some reason. I'll ship as soon as I possibly can after I receive payment. All items are NOT including shipping. I will ship everything however you want it shipped... just let me know your prefered shipping method and your zip code and I'll get you a quote on shipping. ____________ 256mb 4x/8x AGP eVGA nVidia GeForce 5200FX Graphics Card - $40 - No known problems. It works great, considering that it's an old-ish card. - Don't expect anything too great from it, but it can play a lot of games suprisingly well. I had no problems playing any of the Half-Life series or any other Valve games on it. Doom 3 and Silent Hill 4 were fine on it too, though FEAR doesn't support the 5200FX chipset, so it didn't work at all with FEAR. Those are all the games that I've played on the card, so that's about all there is to it in that sense. Box, packaging, manual, and DVD software are included. The drivers are NOT included though, but they can be downloaded from www.nvidia.com (about 30mb download). If you don't have access to a broadband connection, let me know and I'll burn the latest drivers onto a CD for you at no extra charge (other than the little weight for shipping)... just let me know what OS(es) you need the drivers for ![]() Top shot ![]() Angle shot ![]() ___________ 1x512mb SpecTek PC2100 DDR1 RAM - $20 - SOLD!!! Not much to be said about it, other than it's just the stick of RAM (totally OEM) and I'll ship it in a generic plastic RAM case. ![]() ![]() ___________ Apollo P-2500 (HP) Color/Photo Printer (USB interface only) - $10 Prints stuff rather slowly, but prints just fine none the less. Last time I tried to use it (over a year ago), it refused to print in black/white... it would print in purple for some reason. I'm not asking much for it because of that fact. Last I checked, it printed color photos perfectly (though not super high quality, they were rather decent). I'm not going to gurrantee that it will print perfect color photos, but I'm rather sure it will. I'd test it, but I don't have any color ink for it, so I can't. If you need a cheap printer just for printing stuff for backup or for editing, this will work just fine. Takes HP 51629A cartridges (one included!) - Package contains printer, 1 black ink cartridge, driver CD (if you want it, otherwise I'll give you a link to a place where you can download it, or I can email it to you). If you need a cord, I'll see if I can find you one (will send for free if I can find it)... I think I've got a couple laying around here somewhere... ![]() ![]() ![]() ______________ 80x80x25mm Red LED & 120x120x25mm Red LED Fans - $5 for the pair - SOLD!!! - They came with my PSU, but were the wrong color (I wanted blue ones). I took them out of the PSU, cut the wires (they were soldered in), and put in the blue fans. - Unsure of the CFM ratings, but they're definately nothing great, but they work alright. - The wires hanging off of the fans are only a few inches long, but I can throw in some extra wiring from them if you want me to, just let me know. ![]() _____________ 2x Generic 56k PCI modems - $5 each Not much to be said about them, other than that they came out of random computers that I've got. I'm selling them because I now have DSL ![]() ![]() ______________ More stuff to come shortly

IMATION SuperDisk Drive (aka External USB FDD/Floppy Drive) - $5
No known problems, works great, no additional drivers required for WinXP. ![]() ![]() ____________ 1xMolex -> 2x Sata Adapter - $1 Not much to be said about it. I'm selling it because I've got 1 Sata drive and 1 Pata drive, I got myself a 1xMolex -> 1xSata adapter (the Sata power connector on my PSU couldn't reach down to the Sata HDD, othewise I would have used that)... ![]() ____________ 3Com Office Connect 8 Port Ethernet Hub - $5 Never been used because I have no power adapter for it, thus it is untested... but hey, it's $5! The plug on the back says it needs a 12-30VDC 1A MAX power source, which shouldn't be too hard to find. If the plug doesn't fit (like none of the ones I have did), you could probably rip it apart and solder the thing in. It is also missing one rubber foot/grip from the bottom of it, but that shouldn't really be a problem. It's got a wall mount thing on the bottom of it, so you could mount it to a wall anyway if you want to do that. I'm selling it because I have no use for it (got my switch), and because I have no power adapter for it. I'm sure one of you guys could put it to good use ![]() ![]() ____________ WD Caviar 68AA 6.8GB HD (Pata) - $5 I'm not sure what's all on the drive, so you'll probably want to format it. I pulled it out of an old iMac (one of the ones with all of the freaky colors... this specific iMac was green). We salvaged the RAM, some heatsinks, and some other random stuff out of the iMac, and then took a sledgehammer to it (the iMac, not the hard drive that's for sale!) BTW, I haven't tested this drive, but I'm guessing that it works just fine (it did when it was running in the iMac). If you want me to test it, I guess I can... let me know... ![]() ![]() _____________ More stuff coming...

ASUS Kirin-V ATX Mobo (P4 Socket 478) - $30
Only known problem with this board is that one of the fan plugs doesn't work on it... and I have no idea why it doesn't. 2x DDR1 RAM slots 2x Pata plugs 3x PCI slots 1x CNR slot I have no idea on the chipset or any other details about it. I pulled the mobo out of an early model Sony Vaio desktop comp. You can probably find out more info on the board with a little bit of googling... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ____________ 10 PCI slot covers - $1 Nothing too special to be said about these... ![]() ____________ Fan speed controler knob thingy - $1 You can hard wire it into a fan so you can have a speed control knob on it. Or I guess you could wire it into an LED or basically anything you want to control ![]() ____________ 300mm Blue CCFL w/dual inverter - $3 Just your basic blue CCFL w/dual inverter so you can hook up 2 CCFLs to the same thing if you want to. The only problem with it is that one contact on the switch is coming out a little bit, but you should be able to fix it easily with a bit of tape or glue... or you can replace the whole switch if you want to... ![]() ____________ Big Heatsink Thingy - $1 I think it's made of brass or something, I dunno. I pulled it out of an old P1 rig that I gutted last summer and it's been sitting in my drawer ever since. ![]() ![]() ![]() ___________ Front Panel Audio/USB Connector Thing - $2 You've all probably seen these before... most of you probably even have them! But if you don't have one, you can buy this one! For cheap! The basic idea of this thing is to hook it up to your mobo and wire it to the front of your case so you can have USB and mic/spk jacks on the front of your case (you probably already knew that, but whatever). The only known problem with this thing is that one of the USB ports is weird... I think it doesn't get connection or something like that (I haven't used it forever... it was in the way of a fan in my case, so I took it out ). Other than that, it works just fine. I'm not even sure if there's anything wrong with it, I just remember having problems with one of these things (it may even have been a different one of the same thing, I'm not sure), and I'm too lazy to test it ![]() ___________ Generic Gateway PS/2 Keyboard (beige) - $2 No known problems... just a keyboard... Maybe use it on a server or something? ![]() ____________ PIII Slot Filler Card - $1 If you got a dual PIII rig with only one PIII in it, you'll need this card to fill the slot so it will run properly! ![]() ____________ 185w NMB PSU - $10 Another part from that old Sony Vaio that I parted out. No known problems. Last I used it, it worked great! ![]() ![]() ![]() ____________ CPU HSF Clips - $1 They're from my old Thermaltake Spark+7 Xaser Series CPU Cooler, but I'm guessing that they'll work on just about any standard/stock size cooler. If you are intrested, tell me the measurements of what you need, and I'll see if they'll fit. If they don't, I can try to bend them and whatnot to see if I can get them to fit. I dunno, lemme know if you want them or whatnot... ![]() ____________ Here's some BOOKS! I've got some scifi books, some computer/programming books, etc. Here's some of them that I've got. Let me know if you want any other related books... I might have them! - CSS: The Definitive Guide - $10 ![]() Java In A Nutshell - $10 ![]() Cetaganda - Lois Bujold - $3 ![]() Battlefield: Earth - L. Ron Hubbard - $3 (ignore the rummage sale pricetag on the book o.O) ![]() Stargate: Rebellion - Bill McCay - $3 ![]() ______________ Alright, I THINK that's everything. If I find anymore stuff, I'll post it up. BTW, do you guys like the side panel of my server? That's the big sheet of metal that I used as a background for most of those pictures o.O And Rhino, ONLY 30 pictures allowed per post? :-P (the regular tounge-sticking-outing smiley (as well as the other smilies) apperantly counts as an image o.O)
