Hmm, we're starting Oxy-Acetalyne on Monday...

That would probably work a lot better than arc welding for sticking all of those little bars together...

I'll probably be switching over to that

Actually, I think TIG (with filler rod) would be best

Coat Hanger Filler? That's what I use 99% of the time anyway.

Hmm... I guess that would probably be better, but we don't have a tig welder here...

I'm gonna have to stick to either stick, wire feed, or gas welding... I'm thinking I'll go with gas 'cause stick sticks and is messy and wire feed just sucks...

get a tig kit for your stick welder. You can even get them from ebay rather cheap.

Use either a bronze rod or steel rod whichever you prefer. Because stick is going to be gobby on that thin of material, it would be possible with wire feed, but will look better using gas.

Update: the case has been scrapped.

I'm just not liking how it's turning out... I'm gonna use something else for the case...
