Problem With Internet Access!!

I have problem with my laptop when i am using that for accessing internet. My laptop is of Hp ,model number nx6310. I had installed all the required drivers for that but it still creating problems.

Please help me out from that!!

can you give more information as to the type of problem you're having? is it intermittent or continuous?

It shows it is connected and receiving and sending the packet at its spped but when i open any website , it shows the message 'The page cannot be displayed' .

what are you connecting to? a router? a cable modem? wireless?

i am using hp nx7300.. dis laptop is gud except for one... at some sites, d arrow keys doesnt function at al... neither does space bar...
