Are you drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day? It's important that you keep hydrated — the right amount of clear, clean water will help your body set fat cells free and clear out other impurities! Seem like too much water? If you're having a hard time guzzling all that fluid, try these tips for working it in:
  • Add zest to plain water with a squeeze of lemon or lime, or add a splash of real fruit juice!
  • Soups with a clear broth base provide 3/4 cup of water per one-cup serving. Choose a broth that's low in salt and calories, or make your own broth full of fresh veggies!
  • Eat your water by choosing fruits and vegetables with a high water content. Watermelon, strawberries, apples, squash, broccoli, cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, and green peppers all contain over 90 percent water!
  • Blend a few ice cubes into your morning smoothie to up the water content.
  • Water actually tastes different depending on whether it's ice cold, room temperature, or steaming hot. Vary the temperature for a change of pace!

omma stick with my method-Ice water, beef jerkey, ice water (i have a filter int eh fridge, that also helps the taste, then some cashews, then start over. Put the occassional microwavable pizza in the mix, but someting as small as a cashew doesnt need a lot of salt for you to taste it, and when you taste it, not onl does it make you thirsty, but the idea of salt also makes you thirsty, so you WANT water
I just like beef jerky, lol

Um, I drink way more than 8 glasses of water a day...probably 10-12 o.O

And I rarely drink soda, either

I never drink water. I always drink some sort of juice (orange, apple, etc). Aside from the juice I drink, I also have 3-12 cans of beer a day. Only time I don't drink beer is when I drink too much the day before

word of the wise, NEVER drink half a gallon+ of juice on an empty stomach
It may cause you to toandto the porcilin g-ds as you look like this

so, in conclusion, i say this

interesting... I've got to try that one of these days if I ever get constipated. haha... Oh, and don't forget the dried squid or beef jerky when you drink beer!
