just thought i'd pop in..... gone through a very nasty divorce and loss of job and such over the past year and a half.... i was so stressed at one point that my body literally broke down and i was bedbound for nearly 2 full months.... i couldn't keep food or liquids in.

Good news is, it helped me on my weight loss goals... bad news is, it screwed my body up and i'm still recovering.

Are you back on your feet though? I sort of know where you're coming from on the rapid weight loss thing though, it sucks. Lost 21# in a week before, not good.

exercise all you can and eat healthy, easier said then done of course.

still going slowly. I've managed to severely screw up all my joints except my left shoulder/elbow/wrist. Everything else i've shredded...... So it's very slow going.

i am down to about 320lbs... from my high of over 500lbs.

would be easier if the joints would heal properly.... still got massive problems with my right ankle and right wrist
