those people are amazing really, all you got to do is try some of it and see how hard it is.

I used to do that stuff. Not that far distance wise, but roof jumping, and wall climbing. But then I messed up my knee

And yeah, it is hard. Especially when you try to keep the jumps going with one motion. You put 110% into each jump and just doing 1 jump will wear you out quickly.
